Derbyshire Dales Organics believe that a healthy environment results in the finest produce. Working specifically with 3 local farmers, who raise the produce for us, all our meat is sourced from free range animals that are raised on local organic farms within a 25 mile radius. Derbyshire Dales Organics guarantee that any supplementary feed is certified organic and free from GM ingredients. We are certified fully organic with the Soil Association who put animal welfare first.
Derbyshire Dales Organics take orders for and sell the following products at 4 local farmers markets:
Organic Chicken - whole and portions available at all markets
Organic Lamb - all cuts and joints available
Organic Pork - all cuts and joints available
Organic Venison - when in season
Organic Sausages, made only using quality cuts of meat with a minimum of 70% meat. Varieties include: Pork, Pork & Apple, Pork & Leek, Pork & Tomato, Chicken & Tarragon, Lamb & Mint, Venison & Red Wine. Varieties subject to availablity and season.
Gluten Free Organic Sausages: Made with rice flakes and made using only quality cuts of meat with a minimum of 70% meat available in Pork, Lamb & Mint and Chicken & Tarragon varieties.
